Founded by Dr. Kimberly Molacek, who graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1999, our practice combines state-of-the-art technology with compassionate care. Dr. Molacek’s vision is to create a family-friendly environment where every patient feels valued and well-informed about their eye health.

Dr. Molacek graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis optometry school in 1999. She has been working in the Milaca and Foley communities since graduation. She enjoys helping patients of all ages.
Dr. Molacek's career goal to become an optometrist started in high school. After completing her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and her optometry degree in St. Louis, she decided to return to rural Minnesota.
Dr. Molacek resides is Milaca with her husband, Garrett, and their two sons. She enjoys playing piano, spending time with her family, and outdoor activities.
Kris started at Molacek Family Eyecare in 2008. She is our head optician and enjoys a challenge! She is very thorough when it comes to picking out the right frame and lens options. She is always aware of changes and cutting edge technology to help benefit each individual patient.
Kris enjoys tractor pulls, the outdoors with her golden-doodle dog and spending time with her family.
Julie started at Molacek Family Eyecare in October of 2016. Julie has experience in optical as well as 10 years working in an optical lab.
She's a constant presence in our Foley location as she manages the day to day responsibilities.
Julie enjoys reading, gardening, socializing and spending time with her pets and family.
Angela started with Molacek Family Eyecare in February 2023. She has extensive experience in customer service management as well as pharmacy and PCA work. Her vast experience, working with people, makes her a valuable asset in our offices.
Angela enjoys everyday life as a busy mom as well as life on her family homestead. She loves to cook, bake and is also a professional cake decorator.
Jen started with Molacek Family Eyecare in June 2024. She brings over 25 years of optical experience. Jen always has a smile on her face while meeting new patients and looks forward to seeing the returning patients!
Jen enjoys time with family and friends. She loves the outdoors and spending every moment she can with her grandson.
Savannah started at Molacek Family Eyecare in September 2023. She has 10 years of receptionist/customer service experience and her warm personality will make you feel right at home.
Savannah enjoys spending time with her family while camping, bike riding, and snowmobiling. She also loves all the aspects of cosmetology.
Laurie started at Molacek Family Eyecare in June 2024. She has worked in various aspects in the optical field for 33 years. She enjoys engaging with patients daily while performing her responsibilities as pre-test technician.
Laurie enjoys reading, walking, watching Nascar racing and spending time with family & friends.
Laura started at Molacek Family Eyecare in February 2020. She excels in customer service and is always willing to help our patients. She comes to us with extensive knowledge of office work while working many years at Foley Drug.
She enjoys spending time on her hobby farm hanging out with her family and pets.
Garrett started working at Molacek Family Eyecare in 2011. He helps Dr. Molacek run the family practice with the title of Office Manager. He enjoys helping patients and staff with the daily challenges.
Garrett is married to Dr. Molacek and has two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and hunting.
